Bristol Palin's New Blog. In A Creepy Move, Sarah Palin Teams Up With A Dead Man, Proclaims That "Breitbart Is Here", Announces New Twitter Hashtag - PLUS: Video About Obama - The Road We've Traveled

By Kathleen

Bristol Palin has a new ghost written propaganda blog in order to promote her new television wannabe series provisionally titled "Life's a Tripp". If you ask me, she may want to rethink that.

Bristol, who feigns that she has not watched the film Game Change, reveals in her first post that the Palin family feel betrayed by "the political staffers who were supposed to be helping us."  Predictably, the post is a typical Palin raving whine fest. However as our reader SLQ observes in the comments:

Loyalty can and should go by the wayside when the governance of the country is at stake!!  That's the whole point of Game Change.  Idiot.

Linda1961 responded:

True SLQ, and Quitter herself betrayed McCain, so she's a hypocrite to complain about others not showing loyalty. But then, being a hypocrite is one of the things that Quitter is good at.

I couldn't have summoned up a better summation of Bristol's poor us claims if I tried. Our two readers nailed it and I'm sure that we can all expect much more of the same self-promotion, self-whine and Sarah Palin defense posts from Bristol's new blog. Let me know if she posts anything interesting because I for one will not visit there again.

According to ABC News Meghan McCain reveals in an interview with Playboy magazine that Bristol Palin's memoir was a "total lie".

Meanwhile, whilst Bristol attempts to resurrect her career, Sarah Palin has proclaimed that Breitbart is Here and has admitted that she identifies with the man who had no problem with expoiting rape victims when he villified and distorted evidence against the occupy protesters at CPAC condemning them as "rapists".

 Palin's ghostwriter adds:

Breitbart’s most immediate mission was the belated vetting of Barack Obama. This obviously is an issue very near and dear to my heart.

Breitbart's faux vetting consisted of the revelation, in the supposedly repressed footage, that Barack Obama hugged Havard's first tenured black law professor, Derrick Bell. Breitbart (and Palin) clearly identify Bell as some sort of radical because he believed that it was a moral failing of society that institutionalized racism existed in the United States. This was Breitbart's scandal to beat all scandals and Palin in her post clearly supports Breitbart's scurrilous "self-evident claim" regarding Barack Obama's associations at college.

Palin wants readers to believe that President Obama was not vetted and that she was unfairly vetted. She cites that she was vetted for frivolous reasons such as the fact that she had a tanning bed installed in her government mansion and neglects to include the serious facts that concerned the political staffers who had to deal with her on a day to day basis. Serious concerns like the fact that her knowledge of foreign policy was near zero and that she lied constantly. As always it is what she doesn't mention that the reader has to look to. Those omissions that she ever so deftly leaves out. That is where the truth lies. And it was the same with Breitbart. He was a manipulator of the truth, not a teller of it.

The article goes on to give us a heads up. Palin reveals that a new twitter tag will be launched in order to have

"tweet jousts with liberal outlets such as the weird and creepy Media Matters (yes, the weird and creepy one who has teamed up with a dead guy has called Media Matters weird and creepy..........) and re-tweets of left-wing hate using the twitter hashtag "#IAmAndrewBreitbart" as the battle cry."

I hope that all our twitter people will note that oh so imaginative hashtag, #IAmAndrewBreitbart because Bristol thinks that "Breitbart is cool!" No, that's not really why I want you to note it. I hope that you will use the hastag to fight back against the lies and the distortions that are bound to emanate from them. Just because someone starts a fight does not mean that they will win it.

UPDATE (by Patrick):

Geoffrey Dunn just published a brilliant and very important new article at the "Huffington Post" titled "'God's Will'?: Sarah Palin's Secret Plot to Capture the White House in 2012."

 He writes:
But a close look at Palin's recent activities and statements -- and, most significantly, the writings of her acolytes -- reveals that she is still plotting to take the White House in 2012. Take a look at the video she released last month on her website entitled "Chords of Memory," which links Palin's image with those of Lincoln and Reagan.

(...)

At least one source close to the Palin family in Wasilla, Alaska, has confirmed that Palin "still believes it is God's will" that she serve as president, if not in 2012 then perhaps in 2016. Every move she has made in recent months -- every attack on Romney and Obama, every push for an elongated primary, every speculation about an open convention -- has been issued with this political calculation in mind.

(...)

Skeptics may argue that all of this is really Palin's feeble attempt to keep the spotlight on her and to boost her brand as a talking head on Fox News and as a highly paid celebrity speaker. Perhaps. But the lengthy interview she gave CNN on Election Day was no accident and her follow-up interviews since then on Fox News were certainly calculated as well. There's now even a Facebook page entitled "Palin -- Our Brokered Convention Selection."

Most significantly, the Palin-centric website Conservatives4Palin (C4P) -- with which Palin's inner-circle still maintains direct contact -- provides considerable evidence of Palin's political intentions and long-term national strategy.

Conservatives4Palin was co-founded by Rebecca Mansour, the controversial Palin sycophant who remains on Palin's SarahPAC payroll (as Aries Petra Consulting) but has apparently been sent to the Palin penalty box for comments she made last spring mocking Bristol Palin. The site, however, remains the primary Internet locale where Palin's acolytes openly push Palin's personal and political agenda. It is the site where Palin's Republican "enemies" -- everyone from Karl Rove to Romney and, now, even the likes of Coulter and Bill O'Reilly -- are repeatedly trashed or derided. Most importantly, C4P continues to represent an accurate reflection of the Palin political outlook in advance of the 2012 elections.

When Palin, for instance, went on Fox with Greta Van Susteren, and declared, "We need to replace Barack Obama with someone who understands... energy security," the minions at Conservatives4Palin made sure that everyone understood that the candidate Palin was actually referencing was -- ta da! -- none other than Sarah Palin.

But the most openly articulated playbook for Palin's presidential aspirations was submitted in late February by C4P contributor Nancy Labonete, entitled "In the Event of a Brokered Convention, All Bets are Off." It provides a fascinating glimpse into the Palin mindset and connects all the dots in Palin's seemingly zig-zag political strategy in advance of the 2012 election.

(...)

What's fascinating about the Labonete posting is that it does not focus merely on the hypothetical; it urges Palin supporters to become delegates to the GOP convention in Tampa and provides a link for doing so. "Even if Governor Palin is not a candidate (yet)," Labonete argues, "let your county GOP official know that you will vote for the best candidate at that time, but in the event of a brokered convention, you will be voting for Sarah Palin."

Geoffrey Dunn understands what is really going on. Many others still do not. It's not in Sarah Palin's nature to give up. She is a severely mentally disturbed person who is filled with feelings of hate, revenge and retribution. She always wants her real or perceived enemies to be destroyed, this is her one and only mission. The conservative Alaskan journalist Dan Fagan, who knew Sarah Palin and her dealings very well and supported her 2006 run for Governor, already observed this in a stunning article in November 2009, called "Sarah Palin: A Dark Soul", when he wrote:

I will not buy Sarah Palin’s new book because I believe the governor who quit to be a fundamentally dishonest person. Why support the work of someone you can’t trust?

I have read some excerpts from the book and it is clearly a work of vengeance, revenge, and pure meanness. Palin comes across as the rotten on the inside, faultfinding, petty teenage girl we all hated in high school. If you’ve seen the movie “Heathers” or “Mean Girls” you know what I am talking about.

Palin, when writing Rogue, set herself on a course of smallness, triviality, quibbling, sophistry nothingness, and worthlessness. From the excerpts I’ve read, it is hard to draw any other conclusion than Sarah Palin is small in stature, character, and integrity.

Yes I do believe Sarah Palin has a dark soul. A soul obsessed with her image. A soul focused on hurting others. Sarah Palin’s book reveals her as someone unwilling, unable, incapable of living a life of forgiveness. She is a grudge carrier. Settling scores drive her and she is hell bent on revenge, payback, getting even.

Yes, she wants payback. People have to wake up in order to ensure that she won't get it.

Award-winning writer and filmmaker Geoffrey Dunn's best-selling The Lies of Sarah Palin: The Untold Story Behind Her Relentless Quest for Power was published by Macmllan/St. Martin's in May of 2011 and will be published in paperback this May.
